Building Resilience to drive Business Excellence

The theme of GLOBAL HUMAN RESILIENCE SUMMIT-2021 – ‘Building Resilience to drive Business Excellence’ is even more relevant during the current global scenario where the focus is on building human resilience and safe living due to the emergency imposed by the ongoing pandemic and the fear of having community resilience at stake, ultimately leading to economic crisis and demanding a paradigm shift in working and living.

The Summit is an effort to bring together leaders from different faculties of the society to come together to deliberate on this important issue of Human Resilience and to suggest practical solutions.

Human Resilience and Organisational Resilience go hand-in- hand to achieve business excellence. COVID-19 has affected humanity globally-both personally and professionally. The Year 2020 proved to be a test for humanity. Any disaster recovery and continuity in business or service delivery or maintaining corporate resilience is possible only if human resilience is strong enough to handle such a situation. Hence, the need for Human Resilience Management (HRM).

Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress. Resilient people are able to utilize their skills and strengths to cope and recover from problems and challenges.

The Global Human Resilience Summit – 2021 will draw a conversation on “Building the Human Resilience” through knowledge sharing in the wake of the ongoing pandemic and otherwise. The Summit is a congregation of Industry Leaders, Policy Makers, etc. to deliberate over pertinent issues to ensure building Human Resilience through Human Resource Solutions, Organisational Behaviour / Entrepreneurship Development, Health & Safety measures etc., incorporating various regulatory compliances, and inculcating behaviour based best safety practices.
